3D MODELLING

Virtual prototype

As part of the design work, using CAD software, we develop a detailed prototype of the device or structure in the form of a three-dimensional (3D) model. At this stage, we verify the concept and design objectives. It is possible to make changes to the prototype until the desired result is achieved. On the basis of the finished model, technical documentation of the product is created.

Engineering and endurance calculations

The design process is based on the preliminary calculations. In the final phase, the design is tested for endurance calculations, which are carried out in an analytical manner, with the use of the finite element method. Our projects fulfill all standards and machine directives.

Component selection

We advise on the selection of components for the project. We carry out precise calculations and analyse the requirements in order to choose the optimal solution. We cooperate with well-known manufacturers such as Nord and Bosch.
